Located on the menu are five blue buttons; clicking on these will take you to printable reports of the Staff Details, Client Invoice, Cost Summary and Cost Pie Chart, as well as the Data Entry Page. The Main menu is password protected so you can't accidentally enter data, however the password is located in the top right hand of the page in the case that you want to change the menu or enter extra data, etc. All pages on the spreadsheet use the same password to unlock. Also loacted on the main menu is the hyperlink to this help file in case you need help with some other aspect of the spreadsheet.

The Data Entry Worksheet contains all the information that the spreadsheet requires. This worksheet is also protected to prevent you from accidentally deleting formulae, etc. but the password can still be used if you want to intentionally change things. However, the columns in blue, such as the 'Hours Worked' column, can be edited without the need of the password. These fields contain flat numbers and changing them will automatically change all relevent calculations. The Hourly Rate, Hours Worked, Number of Clients, and Fixed Cost per Consultation can all be edited. All other Reports gather their information from the Data Entry Worksheet, so the data will only need to be enetered once. Finally, a button that links back to the Main Menu is located in the bottom right hand corner of the page.

All of the reports contain information that is deirectly input from the Data Entry Worksheet, and so all of the report pages are protected to prevent you accidentally changing the formulae, again the password can be used to intentionally edit data. In each report the home button is located in the top right corner of the page. To print out a report, simply go to the 'File' tab at the top left of the screen, select print, and print to the appropriate printer. If you make a mistake at any time, the undo and redo buttons are located at the very top left of the screen, and are represented by little arrow icons. Also, to save at any point during the spreadsheet's use, click on the floppy-disk icon right beside the undo arrow, or alternatively in the File tab. Make sure you save the file before closing it or turning off your computer.
